Job Description

The Pipefitter is responsible for selecting the appropriate type and size of pipes and related materials, including supports, hangers, and hydraulic cylinders, based on job specifications.

  • They install, assemble, and maintain piping systems, ensuring proper fit and function.
  • Performing measurements, cutting, threading, and welding pipes as needed.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to complete installations accurately.
  • Inspecting and testing piping systems for leaks, safety, and compliance with standards.
  • Collaborating with other trades and team members to ensure project completion within deadlines.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
