Job Description

Seeking a LPN/LVN Home Health travel position in Roseburg, Oregon, for a 13-week contract starting ASAP, working 40 hours/week on 8-hour shifts.

Requires 1 year of recent Medicare-Certified Home Health Agency experience and electronic charting skills.

Pay ranges from $1,840 to $2,026 weekly, paid hourly, with coverage of a designated territory and an average of 30 units productivity weekly.
