Job Description

As a Pipe Fitter, you’ll be responsible for selecting the appropriate type and size of pipes and related materials based on job specifications and system operation knowledge.

  • Plan the installation sequence to ensure efficiency and avoid conflicts during the process.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the proper installation procedures.
  • Measure, cut, assemble, and secure piping systems accurately.
  • Ensure all installations adhere to safety standards and building codes.
  • Collaborate with other trades to coordinate project timelines and requirements.
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on piping systems as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, documenting work progress and materials used.
