Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily maintenance operations to ensure efficient facility performance.

  • Responsible for selecting, training, and developing maintenance staff to meet operational needs.

  • Assigns tasks, schedules work, and monitors performance to maintain high standards of safety and quality.

  • Provides coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as necessary to foster a productive team environment.

  • Communicates job expectations clearly and ensures compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

  • Coordinates maintenance activities, manages resources, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ensures timely completion of maintenance projects and proper documentation of work performed.
